Weichert Home Protection Plan

Weichert Financial Services has announced the launch of the industry leading Claim-No-Claim Home Protection Plan. Enhancements to the Weichert Home Protection Plan include coverage for unknown pre-existing conditions, lack of maintenance and jetted bathtub in addition to the coverage currently provided by the existing protection plan.

The uniqueness of the Claim-No-Claim Home Protection Plan is that buyers who have not placed a claim during the first nine months, of their first year coverage, are entitled to a heating or air conditioning maintenance visit valued at up to $100. This means that if nothing breaks during the first nine months, the protection plan provides not only peace of mind, but also value through a maintenance visit.

A Premier Upgrade Option has also been added to the new protection plan. This optional coverage addresses disposal or removal of defective equipment, recapture or reclaim of refrigerant, permits, mismatched systems due to size and code violations.
