What happens when I limitsharing for an account I holdjointly with someone else?	Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial andnon-financial companies. Our affiliates include: Companies with a WFS name Financial companies such as: Mortgage Access Corp. d/b/a WeichertFinancial Services, Weichert Title Agency, Weichert Insurance Agency Nonfinancial companies such as: Weichert Realtors,JMWEICHERTGROUP, Co. d/b/a Weichert, Realtors® -Residential
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial andnon-financial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include Home Warranty Companies andInsurance Companies.
Joint Marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together marketfinancial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include HMS Home Warranty and NY Life

For Alaska Customers. We will not share personal information with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or

for joint marketing - without your authorization.

For California Customers. We will not share personal information with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you

or for joint marketing -without your authorization. We will also limit our sharing of personal information about you

with our affiliates to comply with all California privacy laws that apply to us.

For Vermont Customers. We will not share personal information with nonaffiliates for them to market to you withoutyour authorization and we will not share personal information with affiliates or for joint marketing about yourcreditworthiness without your authorization.

For Texas Customers. The Mortgage Access Corp. d/b/a Weichert Financial Services is chartered under the laws of theState of Texas and, by state law, is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Department of Savings and MortgageLending.
