Weichert Gold® Services Performance Guarantee

The Weichert Gold Services Program (“Gold Services”), which includes the Gold Services Performance Guarantee (“Gold Guarantee”) and the Weichert HomeSellerGold Program (“HomeSellerGold”), is managed by Mortgage Access Corp. d/b/a Weichert Financial Services and, subject to certain terms and conditions, is only available to qualified buyers and sellers. The Gold Guarantee and HomeSellerGold are also referred to as the “Guarantee(s)” or the “Guarantee Program(s)”.

After July 29, 2009, the guarantee programs will no longer be offered until further notice. All mortgage loan applications and HomeSellerGold registrations submitted after July 29, 2009 will not be eligible for the Guarantee Programs.
